OLD BUSINESS AND RECAPS:

  • Fundraising Fridays are going well.  Averaging $80 per week.  Have sold freeze pops, cookies and candy apples.  Raised approximately $208 for those three weeks.    Need volunteers to work on Friday at 11:45am during the grade 4-8 lunches.  Mrs. B and Mrs. L are working the 10am shift for grades K-3.  You can sign up at the PTO meeting or contact Roy Dahrouj at royd@naylorskitchenandbath.com to volunteer.  The money raised through Fundraising Fridays is helping classes subsidize field trip costs.  Recently the fund has been used to pay for buses to OSV and to the Pequot Museum.
  • Harvest Dinner was a success.  Raised $1322 for the NCEA Convention in April.  Ms. Casey, Mrs. Quigley, Mrs. Primavera and Mr. Vennek will be attending the conference.
  • Magazine Drive – Final tally was over $49,000 with 40% going to the school.  Still accepting online orders for magazines.

·         Christmas Calendars – Will be available the week before Thanksgiving.  The first raffle draw is on Christmas Day and runs for 30 days.
